DMG is pleased to announce the signing of a letter agreement to acquire a 27,600-square-foot facility on 8 acres of land in Boardman, Oregon, marking a major milestone in the company’s expansion into the United States.

The property includes access to 3.75 MW of power with the potential to expand through ongoing discussions with the local utility. Located within Oregon’s premier data-center hub—home to multiple Amazon Web Services (AWS) facilities—the site positions DMG for scalable growth and high connectivity.

“This intended purchase marks a major milestone for DMG, as it would be our first owned facility outside of Canada,” said Sheldon Bennett, CEO of DMG Blockchain Solutions. “While our focus in Canada remains on sovereign AI data centers, this expansion enables us to capture the much larger enterprise opportunity in the U.S. market.”

DMG intends to retrofit or expand the facility for high-performance computing (HPC) applications over time, complementing its Canadian initiatives—including its Indigenous-led utility joint venture with the Malahat Nation to power a planned 15-MW AI data center on Vancouver Island.
