The balance sheet remains strong, with $58.6 million in cash, short-term investments, and digital assets and $122.0 million in total assets as of December 31, 2025.

Net loss narrowed to $2.2 million ($0.01 per share), improving from Q1 2025, supported by disciplined cost management, reduced depreciation expense, and a $1.5 million energy efficiency incentive. Operating and maintenance costs remained stable at $6.7 million.

Strategically, DMG continues executing on its two core pillars:
