DMG Unaffected by Binance Security Incident

With the Binance security incident dominating crypto headlines this week, we want to be direct with you: DMG and its affiliates were not affected, and all client assets remain secure.

Security is table stakes. DMG’s security framework is built on three layers that work together: restricted access, separation of duties, and multiple levels of transaction approval. The design goal is simple — no single compromised device should ever give one user the authority to initiate, approve, and complete an unauthorized transaction. Incidents like this one are exactly the scenario those controls exist for.

Building enterprise value through intellectual property

What sets DMG apart from commoditized digital asset infrastructure providers is a patent portfolio built deliberately across three domains: institutional compliance, network verification, and proprietary transaction routing. Each one supports the same objective — making it practical for institutions to adopt blockchain with confidence.

Two foundational U.S. patents were granted this year:

U.S. Patent No. 12,548,012 — Custom Mempool Protocol (granted February 10, 2026)
Instead of exposing unconfirmed transactions to the public peer-to-peer network, this protocol creates a direct pipeline between applications and participating mining nodes — eliminating front-running and fee volatility while staying fully compatible with public blockchain consensus.

❝

“By bypassing public node congestion and routing transactions through a controlled mempool pipeline, our approach sets a new benchmark for how enterprises can securely transact with complete confidence and compliance.”

— Sheldon Bennett, CEO

U.S. Patent No. 12,744,684 — Multiple Ordinals in One Transmission (granted September 22, 2026)
DMG’s newest patent embeds multiple ordinals directly into transaction data fields and hashes them simultaneously into each block. The result: higher batch-processing efficiency, lower transaction overhead, and on-chain storage that doesn’t congest the network.

The portfolio at a glance

DMG now holds 9 issued patents, 2 allowed applications, and 13 pending applications across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and WIPO. The issued U.S. patents span:

  • Compliance — off-network identity attribution (wallet-to-exchange mapping for AML/KYC), cryptographic and forensic taint tracking, and “Clean Block” allow/deny filtering

  • Verification — real-time, packet-level hash rate validation for auditing and pool transparency

  • Transaction routing — the custom mempool family (“Green Miners,” “Ordinals,” and the new enterprise pipeline and multi-asset inscription protocols)

For shareholders, the takeaway is a defensible competitive position for DMG’s digital asset platform and a path to specialized transaction processing revenue across global blockchain ecosystems.
