DMG Blockchain Solutions is proud to announce a new partnership with Malahat Nation to establish an Indigenous-Led Regulated Utility for Clean Energy and AI Infrastructure — a major step toward energy sovereignty and sustainable innovation.

Through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), DMG and the Malahat Economic Development Corporation (YOS) will establish the Malahat–DMG Utility Limited Partnership (MDULP), a Malahat-majority-owned entity that will deliver electricity and natural gas to clean technology and digital infrastructure projects on Malahat lands.

This new utility builds on our 2024 collaboration to co-develop 30 MW of sovereign AI data centers — Canada’s first Indigenous-led AI infrastructure project. Together, these initiatives will enable stable, sustainable, and sovereign power for AI computing, renewable energy, and industrial development.
